Once you book an appointment, please be noted that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hrs and the appointment can’t be filled, your card will be charged a cancellation fee for that time slot. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need cancel or reschedule.
New Patients
During your 60-minute initial acupuncture session, we will begin with a comprehensive medical history intake, physical examination and muscle tests. This is followed by your first acupuncture treatment, with the option to add any of the additional modalities listed below. Together, we will discuss and determine the most suitable ongoing course of treatment tailored to your specific needs.
Pricing
Out-of-pocket office visit price list:
- 60-minute initial acupuncture and assessment session $225
- 45-minute Acupuncture follow-up $195
- 60-minute Acupuncture/Massage Combo $225
Paperwork
Insurance
We do NOT accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a “super bill” that has all the correct codes, which you may be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement depending on your policy. Please call your insurance provider to see if you have out-of-network coverage for acupuncture.
We DO accept HSA and FSA cards for payment as well as all credit cards.
